In September 2022 Jina Mahsa Amini was beaten to death by Iran’s ‘morality police’ also referred to as ‘anti-vice police’; known for harassment and arrests based alleged inappropriate public behavior.
Jina Mahsa Amini was murdered based on the belief that her hijab was inappropriately worn.
We want to remember her, her story and the struggle so many woman face around the world.
